Terms & conditions :

• Check in Time – 02:00 pm
• Check out Time – 11:00 am
• Villa can be booked by an online payment of 50%. Bank details will be provided.
• The payment for all extras to be settled before check-out.
• Payments at the property can be made via online transfer or cash
• Strictly no outside guests will be allowed
• No illegal substances to be used at the property
• Check-in and Check-out times to be strictly followed.
• The Kitchen closes at 9:00pm

Payment Policy:

• The booking will be confirmed when the 50% advance payment has been made.
• The advance payment needs to be made 07 days prior to arrival.
• The balance payment is to be paid before the check in date.
• Please share the deposit / transfer slip once the payment has been made.

Early arrivals and late departure:

• You may ask for an early arrival or a late check out. This will depend
  on the Villa’s availability.

Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas. Please refrain from smoking in
  the rooms and inside the villa.
